This form is to expedite the trade-in process. If you prefer to do this in-person, we welcome walk-ins and appointments; the process takes about 30 minutes to complete. All bikes must be inspected in-person to complete the trade-in process and given its value. The information on this form allows us to research the bike before your arrival.
